The Role
 
The Customer Support specialist is the initial point of contact with customers acting as a liaison between the sales & engineering teams. As such, you will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of the product line, and be capable of providing customers with product descriptions, basic troubleshooting procedures, and warranty details. 
 
The role is also an integral part of the order fulfillment process, and is responsible for, but not limited to, processing orders, arranging shipping, processing payment information, invoicing and tracking delivery. A keen attention to detail is important, as inputting the correct details is essential to success at this position. 
 
The Customer support specialist is an important part of the Amaircare Team, and has room for growth within the company. 
 
Responsibilities 
 
  • Will be responsible for developing a thorough understand of the product line & order fulfillment processes to provide clear & detailed information to customers
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer product inquires, issues and warranty claims
  • Processing all orders & invoices that are issued for customer requests, ensuring that all product information included is correct
  • Arrange freight for product shipments (outbound) and prepare all domestic and international shipping and customs clearance documentation for carriers and customers.
  • Coordinate with accounting to manage customer account and credit information, shipment information, Accounts Payable/Receivable, new product information.
  • Receive and redirect calls & messages to the appropriate people

  • Ability to clearly communicate messages, tasks, and requirements
  • Willingness to ask for help when necessary 
  • Strong ability to complete online forms such as shipping details, with an attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have
  • Experience using enterprise management software such as inventory management, contact management software, and order processing 
  • Experience using Quickbooks and/or accounting software to input order/ invoice information is a plus
